You can also ask the pharmacist about ways of relieving the pain and discomfort caused by sinusitis, such as: - Painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen - Nasal decongestants - these shouldn’t be used for more than a week at a time - Methods such as applying heat packs and using salt water solutions to clear your nose
